Youth has always been integral to the future; they have the potential of transforming it in whatever direction. However, their role, and more importantly investing towards it, has never been more instrumental. The youth was never this vulnerable and capable at the same time and deserves more attention than ever before. There are several ways of assisting and attending to the youth but the foremost is for them to become self-motivated agents for protecting and preserving the Earth, fight the climate change and work for improving the overall environment.

During the 2018 Youth Consultations, Canadian youth identified six priority areas: Leadership and Impact; Health and Wellness; Innovation, Skills and Learning; Employment; Truth and Reconciliation; and Environment and Climate Action. Youth are particularly passionate about taking action in these areas. Canada is a signatory to the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC), a set of rights for young people up to 18 years old.

Youth4Future would be at the front lines for protecting, safeguarding and directing the youth to a safer future.
